When you open the program you'll see a few tabs at the top of the screen to put things such as Presets, Export etc. At the bottom of the screen you'll see your "Project" which will list all the images you have made in the program. There will be a few tabs on the left and right of the "Project" that lets you move between the images. The "Layers" tab is at the top and has all the layers that you currently have created for the images, the layers are all numbered and each layer has a number on the left of the tab. The "Panel" tab is at the bottom and also lets you move between images, you can make new images, or go back to previous images. There is a tab across the top of the screen labelled "Edit" and this lets you edit any of the images in the "Project". You will notice there is a menu at the top of the screen which when clicked on will give you a lot more options on the left of the screen. The menu opens up the possibilities within the program and gives you the opportunity to view your options. I will explain each of these options in more detail below. Some functions are locked out once you have a certain number of images in your “Project”. These are marked by a small padlock icon next to the menu option. Save to File and Save a Copy You can Save an Image to a File or Make a Copy of the image without changing anything to it. To make a copy of a image all you have to do is click the menu option "File" at the top left of the screen and choose "Save a Copy". This will take you to a dialogue box that will let you choose which File you want to make the copy in, a File Directory or to make it an Image. You can either make this an Image or a new file. Clicking Save in the dialogue box will make it a new file, click Save to File and make it into a file in the same directory as the original image.
